Environment

We have created a flexible work environment
for employees to perform at their best.

Work Environment

Employment System

  • Five-Day Workweek
We follow a five-day workweek system, with weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and national holidays observed as days off.
  • Flextime System
We have a flextime system in place for all employees except for certain positions, such as part-timers.
Core working hours are set by each department, generally falling between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
  • Remote Work
Each department adjusts the balance between in-office and remote work as necessary.
To ensure a carefree and secure working environment, we’ve set up supportive measures such as online meeting systems and private booths for calls and meetings.
  • Side Jobs Permitted
Side jobs are permitted as long as they do not interfere with an employee’s primary responsibilities and are pursued for one’s personal development and growth.
  • Babysitter Subsidies
Employees can receive a discount if they need to use babysitting services.
  • Remote Work from One's Hometown
Employees can work remotely during visits to their hometowns, provided they can maintain the same level of performance as when working during regular office hours.

Vacation System

  • Paid Leave
Upon joining the company, employees are granted 10 days of paid leave on either April or October 1st, whichever comes first, after which paid leave is supplemented annually based on years of service. Employees are also able to take half days off as necessary.
  • Summer Vacation
Summer vacation days may be taken between July to September. The number of days granted varies by the total number of allotted annual leave days.
  • Year-End Holidays
Year-end holidays may be taken between December to March. The number of days granted varies by the total number of allotted annual leave days.
  • Compassionate Leave
Our compassionate leave system allows employees to take time off during important life events such as weddings or funerals. The number of days granted is determined according to company work regulations.
  • Maternity Leave
In general, maternity leave may be taken from 6 weeks (or 14 weeks in the case of a multiple pregnancy) before giving birth to 8 weeks after the child is born.
  • Parental Leave
Employees are eligible to take parental leave until their child is one year old.
    * In some circumstances parental leave may be extended until the child turns 2, such as when a child is yet to be admitted to daycare.
