Use everything you can, including expertise accumulated within the company, and use a more flexible trial-and-error approach instead of clinging to conventional ways of doing things. By sharing the results across the organization, you’ll increase the overall success rate.
New Values For Global Expansion
For each employee to embody our values, we need not only strong values but also a code of conduct. Our Values Deck describes the dos & don'ts for each value.
We hold an online meeting every month for all employees across the company to not only share company-wide updates, but have various departments introduce projects they are working on so that others have an idea what goes on in different teams besides their own, which provides opportunities for conversation and new ideas.
At COVER, we make sure to recognize and acknowledge employees, teams, and projects that embody our values and achieve outstanding results, while serving as a role model for others. We reward exemplary employees by giving them opportunities to observe overseas events.
We hold an annual meeting that allows all of our employees to meet in person, during which we hand out COVER AWARDS, and have plenty of workshops and fun activities that get employees interacting with each other.
These meetings give board members the chance to directly communicate with employees and discuss company policies and aims regarding the theme of the meeting. Employees are also encouraged to ask questions so they can get a better idea of the company's direction.
Managers and team members have lunch with new team members within their first week of joining or transferring within the company to break the ice.
We regularly hold lunches between the president and employees to provide opportunities for cross-departmental interaction.

Departments organize social gatherings to help eliminate communication gaps and foster smoother cross-departmental collaboration.
A casual networking event promoting communication among employees with diverse backgrounds. Since the event is primarily conducted in English, it is the perfect opportunity for employees to practice and improve their English.
