Overseas measuresThere are also several cases in which we have filed lawsuits in courts outside Japan's jurisdiction after disclosure requests have been made, and have rigorously pursued legal accountability. Closure of malicious content-aggregation websitesWe are ensuring that the administrators of malicious content-aggregation websites that consistently repost and disseminate defamatory information/material regarding COVER-affiliated talents posted on anonymous message boards are identified, and that the websites themselves are shut down, by making disclosure requests. We have successfully seen the closure of multiple malicious content-aggregation websites during FY 2025. 4. Measures preventing the improper use of contentIn multiple cases of malicious rights infringements, where content belonging to COVER Corp. and/or its affiliated talents has been improperly used for personal monetary gain, COVER Corp. has not only pursued civil liability but also cooperated with the authorities, resulting in the perpetrator's arrest. 5. Cooperating with the authoritiesIn situations where the lives or well-being of COVER Corp.-affiliated talents, employees, business partners, or other related parties are at risk, we ensure we contact the relevant authorities, provide any necessary information, and consult with the police immediately. Thank you very much for your continued support of hololive production and HOLOSTARS. We wish to notice you of some upcoming changes to be made to HOLOSTARS' management structure. Since its launch in 2019, HOLOSTARS has been active for almost seven years. With the debuts of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Gens, followed by UPROAR!!, it has grown into a group with a total of 12 currently active members and over the course of seven years, their activities went beyond streaming on YouTube, as they joined events, exhibitions, collaborations, and live shows on site. However, the current state of the HOLOSTARS business has forced us as a company to have repeated discussions about how to maintain HOLOSTARS in a sustainable manner. We considered the future direction of the group's activities from various perspectives.Ultimately, we have arrived at the conclusion that changing the management structure in a way that fits the current status of HOLOSTARS' activities is unavoidable. As a result, the company-led activities of the group, which have progressed alongside the individual activities of each talent, will be coming to a close. From this fiscal year onward, activity policies will shift to mainly focus on individual activities.
