You can apply, but if you want a technical position, we recommend applying after you gain some programming experience.
You can apply. However, the selection process is the same as those who are residing in Japan. Joining the company as a new graduate is limited to people residing in Japan.

Even if you have work experience, you may be eligible for the new graduate recruitment if you were in school at the time of application, or just recently graduated. Please discuss this with us individually. If you are employed at the time of application, please apply for mid-career hiring.

For new graduate recruitment, this varies depending on the time of selection, but we will consider having you join in April of the following year after your graduation.
We provide yearly paid leave according to the number of years the person has been employed. In the first fiscal year of employment, employees receive ten days of paid leave in October.
As of present, we are not recruiting new graduates for fully remote work. Therefore, you will have to come to work in the office. The current workstyle at our company is a hybrid, combining both remote and office work.
