(hereinafter referred to as "transcosmos," headquartered in Toshima-ku, Tokyo, Japan; Representative Directors/Co-Presidents; Masaaki Muta and Takeshi Kamiya), hereby announces that full operations of a new logistics center commenced on Monday, June 23, 2025, consolidating multiple warehouse sites operated by COVER.
This reorganization of logistics bases marks an important juncture in one of COVER’s core businesses, the merchandising of goods featuring affiliated VTubers, as it will enable COVER to better cope with the increasing volume of goods being handled and the diversifying needs of its customer base as the popularity of VTubers continues to grow.
By consolidating logistical functions within the transcosmos logistics center, inventory management and incoming/outgoing shipping operations have become more flexible, and the flow of data and products has become more straightforward and easier to visualize. This structure will enable us to bolster overall SCM* efficiency and improve quality control to further enhance the customer experience, as well as strengthen company foundations to support growth, with cost reductions also projected.
